Acute COVID Care Coordination
Because of the in-depth and personalized attention required to give you the best possible COVID care, Dr. Derr offers in-person and/or virtual visits, paired with regular check-ins for up to 2 weeks if needed. Her staff will also assist you on your road to recovery. Contact the clinic for an appointment. $200 with limited availability.
Care includes coordination of:
• Prescription medications
• Over the counter supplements
• Medical equipment
• Delivery of at-home oxygen, if needed
• Labs/testing
IV Therapy, as indicated, can also be administered, through our clinic.
Long COVID and Vaccine Injury Care Coordination
Dr. Derr offers an initial consult for $200, which provides an in-depth review of your medical history and personalized recommendations for a treatment course. For those who need additional treatment and support, we offer short term mini-memberships to Forward Family Healthcare. All the benefits of a membership, while we work together to help you recover!
